Shipping Policy
All orders ship from our facility in Greenfield, Ohio.
Domestic shipping rates (United States)
- Free Economy shipping on orders of $50 or more.
- Economy: $4.90 for orders up to 5 lb; $19.90 for orders from 5 lb to 70 lb.
- Standard: $6.90 for orders up to 1 lb; $9.90 for orders from 1 lb to 5 lb.
The rate that applies is calculated from the total weight of your order and is shown at checkout before you pay. Anchors are heavy items, so most anchor orders fall into the higher weight band unless they qualify for free shipping.
International shipping
We ship internationally via USPS and DHL Express. International rates are calculated by the carrier at checkout based on destination, weight and service selected. Any customs duties, import taxes or brokerage fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not collected by us.
Order processing
Orders are processed on business days, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday begin processing the next business day. You will receive tracking information by email once your order ships.
Delivery
Delivery time depends on the service selected at checkout and the destination. Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather or events outside our control.
Address accuracy
Please check your shipping address before completing your order. We cannot reroute a package once it has shipped, and packages returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address may incur a re-shipping charge.
Damaged or missing shipments
If your order arrives damaged, or does not arrive, contact us at ecommerce@greenfieldproducts.com and we will work with you and the carrier to resolve it.
