TERMS OF SERVICE
Effective date: July 21, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of greenfieldproducts.com, including purchases made directly through the Greenfield Products online store.
The website and online store are operated by:
Greenfield Products, Inc.
1230 North Washington Street
Greenfield, Ohio 45123
United States
Email: ecommerce@greenfieldproducts.com
Phone: (937) 981-2696
In these Terms, “Greenfield,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Greenfield Products, Inc. “Site” refers to greenfieldproducts.com and its associated webpages, online store, product guides, forms, and direct checkout.
By accessing the Site, using its features, creating an account, submitting information, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Related policies
These Terms incorporate Greenfield’s other posted policies, including the:
-
Returns and Refunds Policy;
-
Shipping and Delivery Policy; and
-
Privacy Policy.
The policies displayed on the Site at the time of purchase apply to that transaction.
Where a product-specific written warranty, instruction sheet, warning, or other product document conflicts with a general statement in these Terms, the product-specific document controls with respect to that product.
2. Eligibility to use the Site
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to place an order through the Site.
By using the Site or submitting an order, you represent that:
-
You are at least the age of majority in your state or place of residence;
-
The information you provide is complete and accurate;
-
You are authorized to use the payment method submitted; and
-
Your purchase and intended use of the product are lawful.
If you use the Site on behalf of a business or another organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
3. Greenfield’s online storefront
“The Greenfield Products Store,” “Greenfield Products,” and similar storefront references on the Site refer to the online store operated by Greenfield Products, Inc.
Greenfield manufactures, distributes, markets, and sells marine products and related equipment, including boat anchors, anchor kits, anchor rope, chain, docking products, stretch-cordage products, hardware, and accessories.
The Site may also contain educational product guides, selection tools, instructional material, and links to products sold through authorized third-party retailers.
4. Product information
Greenfield makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate:
-
Product names;
-
Descriptions;
-
Photographs;
-
Dimensions;
-
Weights;
-
Materials;
-
Colors;
-
Compatibility information;
-
Boat-size guidance;
-
Included components;
-
Pricing; and
-
Availability information.
However, reasonable variations may occur.
Product colors and finishes may appear differently because of lighting, photography, screen settings, coating variation, manufacturing processes, or normal production tolerances.
Weights, dimensions, capacities, and measurements may be approximate unless expressly identified as exact.
Greenfield may make non-material changes to product packaging, components, construction, finish, labeling, or specifications. Greenfield will not knowingly substitute a materially different product without disclosure or an appropriate customer remedy.
5. Product images
Product images are intended to illustrate the product being offered.
Props, boats, rope, chain, shackles, packaging, mounting hardware, or other accessories shown in an image are included only when the product description or “what’s included” section expressly states that they are included.
Customers should review the complete product title, variant selection, description, specifications, and included-components information before ordering.
6. Product selection and sizing guidance
Greenfield may provide:
-
Boat-length recommendations;
-
Anchor-selection charts;
-
Bottom-type recommendations;
-
Scope guidance;
-
Rope and chain recommendations;
-
Product comparisons;
-
Compatibility guidance; and
-
Other educational information.
This information is intended as general guidance and cannot account for every application or condition.
Actual anchoring, docking, or product performance may be affected by factors including:
-
Boat length;
-
Boat weight and displacement;
-
Hull design;
-
Windage;
-
Bottom composition;
-
Water depth;
-
Current;
-
Wind;
-
Waves;
-
Weather;
-
Scope;
-
Rode construction;
-
Chain length and weight;
-
Installation;
-
Maintenance;
-
Product wear;
-
Operator judgment; and
-
Local conditions.
A statement that a product is suitable for a boat “up to” a particular length is a general selection recommendation, not a guarantee that the product will hold every boat of that length under every condition.
Customers are responsible for evaluating their vessel, intended use, conditions, and applicable safety requirements.
7. Anchoring responsibilities
Proper anchoring commonly depends on more than anchor weight or design.
Customers are responsible for:
-
Selecting an anchor appropriate for the vessel and bottom conditions;
-
Using appropriate anchor rope, chain, shackles, and connecting hardware;
-
Using sufficient scope;
-
Properly setting the anchor;
-
Confirming that the anchor is holding;
-
Monitoring changing weather, current, water level, and vessel position;
-
Inspecting the complete anchoring system before use; and
-
Following applicable boating rules and accepted seamanship practices.
No anchor should be assumed to hold indefinitely or under all weather, bottom, current, or wave conditions.
An anchor or anchoring system is not a substitute for active monitoring, prudent judgment, or appropriate emergency planning.
8. Docking and stretch-cordage products
Products such as Anchor Buddy, Dock Buddy, Stretch ’n’ Slide, and other elastic or stretch-cordage products must be used only for their stated purpose and according to their instructions and warnings.
Elastic products may store substantial energy while under tension.
Users must:
-
Keep their face and body away from a tensioned line;
-
Avoid sudden release;
-
Inspect the line, covering, attachment points, loops, clips, and hardware before use;
-
Avoid sharp edges, abrasion, excessive heat, chemicals, and other damaging conditions;
-
Stop using a product that is cut, frayed, overstretched, deformed, corroded, or otherwise damaged; and
-
Keep bystanders clear while attaching, tensioning, or releasing the product.
Unless Greenfield expressly states otherwise in writing, Greenfield stretch-cordage and docking products are intended for temporary recreational marine use and not for permanent unattended mooring.
9. Prohibited and unsafe uses
Unless a product is expressly designed, rated, and labeled for the applicable use, Greenfield recreational marine products must not be used for:
-
Human suspension;
-
Life support;
-
Fall protection;
-
Climbing;
-
Rescue;
-
Securing a person;
-
Towing a person;
-
Tubing or watersports;
-
Towing a boat, vehicle, or trailer;
-
Lifting or suspending loads;
-
Overhead lifting;
-
Load restraint during highway transportation;
-
Permanent structural attachment;
-
Permanent unattended mooring;
-
Emergency safety systems; or
-
Any application in which failure could directly cause death or serious bodily injury.
A product marketed as an anchor line, dock line, bungee anchor line, or docking accessory is not a tow rope unless the product is expressly identified as one.
10. Inspection and maintenance
Customers are responsible for inspecting products before each use.
Products should not be used when they show damage or deterioration, including:
-
Cuts;
-
Fraying;
-
Abrasion;
-
Cracking;
-
Rust or corrosion affecting strength;
-
Broken stitching;
-
Damaged coatings;
-
Bent or deformed hardware;
-
Loose connections;
-
Chemical damage;
-
Excessive stretching;
-
Missing components; or
-
Any other condition that may impair safe operation.
Product life depends on use, loading, environment, storage, maintenance, exposure, and other factors. No product should be used merely because it has not reached a particular age.
11. Instructions and warnings
Customers must review and follow all instructions, warnings, labels, guides, and safety information supplied with or made available for a product.
Removing a warning label or discarding instructions does not eliminate the user’s responsibility to use the product properly.
Educational content on the Site supplements, but does not replace, product-specific instructions or sound boating judgment.
12. Prices
Prices are displayed in United States dollars unless otherwise stated.
Greenfield may change prices at any time before an order is submitted.
The price applicable to an order is the price displayed during checkout, subject to correction of obvious or material errors.
Product prices generally do not include shipping charges or applicable taxes unless expressly stated.
13. Taxes and additional charges
Applicable sales tax is calculated based on the transaction, delivery destination, and governing law.
Shipping charges and other applicable transaction charges will be displayed before the customer submits payment.
Greenfield will not intentionally add an undisclosed mandatory charge after the customer submits the order.
Customers remain responsible for taxes or governmental charges that Greenfield is not legally required to collect.
14. Promotions and discount codes
Promotions may be subject to separate terms, including:
-
Start and end dates;
-
Product exclusions;
-
Minimum purchase requirements;
-
Customer eligibility;
-
Geographic restrictions;
-
Usage limits; and
-
Checkout-method restrictions.
Discount codes have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
-
Promotions cannot be combined;
-
Discounts apply only during the stated promotion period;
-
Discounts cannot be applied retroactively;
-
Discounts do not apply to taxes or shipping; and
-
Greenfield may correct misuse, technical errors, or unauthorized distribution of a code.
Greenfield will not cancel a valid promotion after an eligible customer has completed a qualifying order except in cases of fraud, abuse, technical error, or material pricing error.
15. Orders
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products under these Terms.
An automated order-confirmation email acknowledges receipt of the order but does not necessarily constitute final acceptance.
Greenfield may accept, reject, limit, place on hold, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including:
-
Product unavailability;
-
Inventory discrepancy;
-
Pricing or listing error;
-
Payment authorization failure;
-
Suspected fraud;
-
Unusual purchasing activity;
-
Resale or diversion concerns;
-
Delivery restrictions;
-
Safety concerns;
-
Legal restrictions;
-
Violation of these Terms; or
-
Inability to fulfill the order as represented.
When Greenfield cancels a paid order, Greenfield will refund the amount charged for the canceled portion.
16. Order quantities and resale
Greenfield may limit purchase quantities when reasonably necessary to protect product availability, prevent fraud, enforce promotional limits, or address suspected unauthorized resale.
Purchasing a product through the Site does not grant the purchaser:
-
Distributor status;
-
Dealer status;
-
Authorization to represent Greenfield;
-
Permission to use Greenfield intellectual property;
-
Permission to create marketplace listings using Greenfield content; or
-
Permission to claim an affiliation with Greenfield.
Businesses seeking to resell Greenfield products should contact Greenfield regarding appropriate commercial arrangements.
17. Payment
The checkout may accept payment methods provided through Shopify, Shopify Payments, Shop Pay, PayPal, accelerated checkout providers, or other payment processors.
Available payment options may change.
By submitting payment information, you represent that:
-
The information is accurate;
-
You are authorized to use the payment method;
-
The applicable issuer may authorize the transaction; and
-
Greenfield and its payment providers may process the transaction.
Greenfield generally does not directly receive or store complete payment-card numbers when payment is processed by an authorized third-party payment provider.
18. Fraud prevention and order verification
Greenfield and its service providers may use fraud-prevention, address-verification, payment-verification, and identity-verification tools.
Greenfield may request additional information reasonably necessary to verify an order.
An order may be delayed or canceled if Greenfield cannot reasonably verify:
-
The purchaser;
-
The payment method;
-
The billing information;
-
The shipping destination; or
-
The legitimacy of the transaction.
Greenfield will handle personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
19. Shipping and delivery
Orders placed directly through Greenfield’s standard Shopify checkout are governed by Greenfield’s Shipping and Delivery Policy.
Processing and delivery dates are estimates unless expressly identified as guaranteed.
Delivery may be affected by circumstances outside Greenfield’s reasonable control, including:
-
Carrier delays;
-
Weather;
-
Natural disasters;
-
Labor disruptions;
-
Transportation interruptions;
-
Holiday volume;
-
Government action;
-
Incorrect addresses;
-
Delivery-access restrictions; and
-
Other emergencies or force majeure events.
Greenfield will not use these circumstances to avoid providing a remedy required by law or its posted policies.
20. Returns, refunds, and cancellations
Direct Greenfield orders are governed by Greenfield’s Returns and Refunds Policy.
Under the currently posted policy, eligible direct purchases may generally be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery, subject to the conditions stated in that policy.
Greenfield pays approved return shipping for returns eligible under the posted Returns and Refunds Policy.
Customers should not send products to Greenfield without first obtaining return authorization.
21. Buy with Prime
Certain eligible products may offer Buy with Prime as a checkout option.
When a customer selects and completes checkout through Buy with Prime:
-
The terms displayed during the Buy with Prime checkout apply;
-
The applicable Buy with Prime delivery promise applies only to that checkout;
-
Buy with Prime may provide order tracking and customer-service tools;
-
Returns may be processed through the Buy with Prime return experience; and
-
The customer may also be subject to applicable Amazon or Buy with Prime terms.
The presence of a Buy with Prime option on one product does not mean it is available for every product, variant, address, or customer.
Any inconsistency between a general Greenfield statement and the specific terms shown during Buy with Prime checkout will be resolved in favor of the terms expressly presented for that Buy with Prime transaction, subject to applicable law.
22. Walmart and other third-party retailers
The Site may contain “Buy on Walmart,” “Available at Walmart,” or similar links that direct customers to a product listing on Walmart.com.
The Site may also link to Amazon, marine retailers, dealers, distributors, or other third-party sellers.
A purchase is not made from Greenfield’s Shopify store when the customer leaves the Site and completes the transaction through another retailer.
For a third-party purchase:
-
The seller identified during that checkout is the seller of record;
-
The third party controls the checkout;
-
The third party’s pricing and availability apply;
-
The third party’s shipping and delivery terms apply;
-
The third party’s cancellation and return procedures apply; and
-
Payment disputes and order-status questions should generally be directed through that platform.
Greenfield may provide product support when appropriate, but Greenfield’s direct-store return policy does not automatically apply to purchases completed through another seller.
Greenfield is not responsible for inaccurate, outdated, or unauthorized product content published independently by a third-party seller. Customers should confirm the seller, product variant, included components, delivery terms, and return policy before completing a third-party purchase.
23. Third-party links and services
The Site may contain links, embedded services, applications, checkout tools, videos, maps, social-media features, analytics services, or content operated by third parties.
Greenfield does not control every third-party service and does not guarantee that such services will always be available, accurate, secure, or suitable for every user.
Use of a third-party service may be governed by that provider’s own terms and privacy policy.
A link does not necessarily mean Greenfield endorses every statement, product, seller, or practice on the linked website.
24. Accounts
The Site may permit customers to create an account.
Customers are responsible for:
-
Providing accurate account information;
-
Maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials;
-
Restricting access to their device;
-
Reviewing account activity; and
-
Promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.
Greenfield may suspend or terminate an account associated with fraud, abuse, unlawful activity, security threats, or material violations of these Terms.
25. Customer communications
By submitting contact information in connection with an order, you authorize Greenfield and its service providers to send transactional communications concerning:
-
Order confirmation;
-
Payment;
-
Fraud verification;
-
Shipping;
-
Delivery;
-
Returns;
-
Refunds;
-
Product support;
-
Safety information; and
-
Other service-related matters.
Transactional communications are not marketing messages and may be sent when necessary to administer the order or customer relationship.
Marketing communications are governed by the consent and opt-out mechanisms presented when the customer subscribes.
26. Reviews and user-generated content
The Site may allow users to submit:
-
Product reviews;
-
Ratings;
-
Questions;
-
Answers;
-
Photographs;
-
Videos;
-
Testimonials;
-
Comments; or
-
Other content.
By submitting content, you represent that:
-
It reflects your honest experience or opinion;
-
You have the right to submit it;
-
It does not infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
-
It is not fraudulent, defamatory, threatening, obscene, unlawful, or materially misleading;
-
It does not contain malware or harmful code; and
-
You have disclosed any material connection, free product, compensation, discount, or incentive associated with the content.
Greenfield may moderate, reject, or remove content that violates these Terms, is unrelated to the product, contains personal information, creates a safety issue, or is otherwise inappropriate.
Greenfield will not remove a genuine negative review merely because it is unfavorable.
Submitting content grants Greenfield a non-exclusive, worldwide, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, publish, display, distribute, and use that content in connection with Greenfield’s business, products, customer education, and marketing, subject to applicable law.
This license does not give Greenfield ownership of the user’s underlying content.
Greenfield will not condition a warranty, refund, replacement, or customer-support outcome on the customer submitting or changing a positive review.
27. Intellectual property
The Site and its content are owned by or licensed to Greenfield Products, Inc. and are protected by trademark, copyright, patent, trade-dress, unfair-competition, and other intellectual-property laws.
Protected content may include:
-
Greenfield names and logos;
-
Product names;
-
Packaging;
-
Product designs;
-
Photographs;
-
Videos;
-
Written descriptions;
-
Selection charts;
-
Instructional guides;
-
Diagrams;
-
Graphics;
-
Website layouts;
-
Product-comparison content;
-
Marketing copy; and
-
Software or code;
- Additional intellectual properties such as Anchor Buddy, Stretch 'n' Slide, and Richter Anchor.
Greenfield grants users a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the Site for lawful personal shopping, product-research, and product-use purposes.
No other license is granted.
Without Greenfield’s written permission, users may not:
-
Copy or republish substantial Site content;
-
Reproduce Greenfield product photographs for commercial listings;
-
Use Greenfield content to create or improve an unauthorized marketplace listing;
-
Remove copyright, trademark, patent, or proprietary notices;
-
Use Greenfield trademarks in a misleading manner;
-
Imply sponsorship, endorsement, dealership, or authorization;
-
Scrape or harvest Site content at a disruptive or commercial scale;
-
Reverse engineer Site functionality;
-
Create confusingly similar websites, domains, accounts, or listings; or
-
Use Greenfield content to market counterfeit or competing products.
28. Intellectual-property complaints
A person who believes that content on the Site infringes their intellectual-property rights may contact:
Greenfield Products, Inc.
Email: ecommerce@greenfieldproducts.com
Address: 1230 North Washington Street, Greenfield, Ohio 45123
The notice should identify:
-
The protected work or right;
-
The allegedly infringing material;
-
The location of that material;
-
The complaining party’s contact information;
-
The basis for the claim; and
-
A statement that the information provided is accurate.
Greenfield may request additional information before taking action.
29. Acceptable use
Users may not use the Site to:
-
Violate any law;
-
Commit fraud;
-
Submit false information;
-
Impersonate another person or Greenfield;
-
Interfere with Site operation;
-
Circumvent security;
-
Obtain unauthorized access;
-
Introduce malware;
-
Perform abusive automated requests;
-
Harvest personal information;
-
Manipulate reviews;
-
Abuse promotions;
-
Submit false shipping, return, warranty, or payment claims;
-
Substitute a different product in a return;
-
Infringe intellectual-property rights;
-
Harass Greenfield employees or other users; or
-
Engage in activity that threatens the safety or integrity of the Site.
30. Site availability
Greenfield may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the Site.
Greenfield does not guarantee that:
-
The Site will always be available;
-
Every feature will operate without interruption;
-
Every error will be corrected immediately;
-
Every browser or device will be supported; or
-
Historical Site content will remain available indefinitely.
Greenfield will not intentionally use temporary Site unavailability to avoid fulfilling an accepted order or honoring an applicable customer right.
31. Product warranties
Some Greenfield products may be covered by a written product-specific warranty.
The applicable warranty document controls:
-
Warranty duration;
-
Covered defects;
-
Exclusions;
-
Claim procedures;
-
Available remedies; and
-
Any other warranty-specific term.
A reference to durability, quality, heritage, American manufacturing, product testing, or expected use is not necessarily a separate lifetime warranty.
Unless expressly stated in writing, Greenfield does not offer a universal lifetime warranty covering every product.
Nothing in these Terms eliminates:
-
An express written warranty;
-
A warranty that applicable law prevents Greenfield from disclaiming;
-
Rights under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act when applicable; or
-
Other non-waivable consumer rights.
32. Warranty exclusions
To the extent permitted by the applicable written warranty and law, product warranty coverage may exclude damage or failure caused by:
-
Misuse;
-
Abuse;
-
Improper installation;
-
Improper product selection;
-
Failure to follow instructions;
-
Inadequate scope;
-
Failure to use appropriate chain, rope, or hardware;
-
Overloading;
-
Towing;
-
Permanent mooring;
-
Unauthorized modification;
-
Cutting or alteration;
-
Ordinary wear;
-
Corrosion or environmental exposure beyond the product’s intended use;
-
Collision;
-
Storm conditions;
-
Commercial use when the product is intended for recreational use;
-
Neglect;
-
Improper storage; or
-
Use for an unauthorized purpose.
These exclusions apply only to the extent stated in the applicable warranty and permitted by law.
33. Disclaimer concerning Site information
The Site, its general educational content, and its online features are provided on an “as available” basis.
Greenfield makes reasonable efforts to maintain accurate information but does not warrant that every webpage will always be free from:
-
Typographical errors;
-
Temporary inaccuracies;
-
Technical errors;
-
Broken links;
-
Display differences;
-
Outdated third-party information; or
-
Interruptions.
General articles, charts, FAQs, and guides are educational and are not professional marine-surveying, engineering, legal, emergency-response, or weather advice.
Customers should consult qualified professionals where an application involves unusual loads, commercial operations, critical safety requirements, permanent installations, or conditions outside normal recreational use.
34. Disclaimer of implied warranties
Except for any express written warranty and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Greenfield disclaims implied warranties arising solely from access to or use of the Site.
Any disclaimer of implied product warranties applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law and the applicable product warranty.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some exclusions may not apply to a particular customer.
35. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Greenfield will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising solely from:
-
Inability to access the Site;
-
Loss of Site data;
-
Temporary Site interruption;
-
Reliance on general Site information;
-
A third-party link or service; or
-
An interrupted online transaction.
Where permitted by law, Greenfield’s aggregate liability arising from a direct online transaction will not exceed the amount the customer paid Greenfield for the product or transaction giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
This section does not eliminate remedies available under an applicable written product warranty, Greenfield’s return policy, or consumer-protection law.
36. Assumption of ordinary boating risks
Boating, anchoring, docking, launching, and operating around water involve inherent risks.
Customers are responsible for:
-
Exercising prudent seamanship;
-
Monitoring conditions;
-
Following local rules;
-
Using appropriate safety equipment;
-
Maintaining their vessel;
-
Inspecting equipment;
-
Avoiding foreseeable hazards; and
-
Responding appropriately to changing conditions.
This provision does not excuse a defective product, eliminate an express warranty, or waive liability that applicable law does not permit Greenfield to waive.
37. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify Greenfield from third-party claims arising from your:
-
Unlawful conduct;
-
Fraud;
-
Infringement of another party’s rights;
-
Unauthorized commercial use of Site content;
-
Material violation of these Terms; or
-
Intentional misuse of the Site.
A consumer is not required to indemnify Greenfield for Greenfield’s own negligence, unlawful conduct, or breach of its obligations.
38. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
This choice of law does not deprive a consumer of mandatory protections provided by the law of the consumer’s jurisdiction when those protections cannot lawfully be waived.
39. Dispute venue
Subject to applicable jurisdictional and consumer-protection requirements, legal proceedings concerning these Terms or a direct Greenfield transaction may be brought in a state or federal court having lawful jurisdiction in or serving Highland County, Ohio.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from:
-
Bringing an eligible claim in small-claims court;
-
Seeking appropriate injunctive relief;
-
Reporting an issue to a governmental agency; or
-
Exercising rights that cannot lawfully be restricted.
40. No mandatory arbitration
These Terms do not require customers to submit disputes to binding arbitration.
Greenfield and a customer may voluntarily agree to mediation, arbitration, or another dispute-resolution process after a dispute arises.
41. Force majeure
Greenfield will not be responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including:
-
Natural disasters;
-
Severe weather;
-
Fire;
-
Flood;
-
War;
-
Terrorism;
-
Civil unrest;
-
Epidemics;
-
Government action;
-
Carrier interruption;
-
Supply-chain disruption;
-
Labor disruption;
-
Utility failure;
-
Internet outage; or
-
Similar extraordinary events.
This section does not allow Greenfield to retain payment indefinitely for products it cannot provide. Greenfield will offer an appropriate delay notice, cancellation opportunity, refund, or other remedy when required.
42. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted or severed if necessary.
The remaining provisions will remain in effect.
43. No waiver
Greenfield’s failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive the right to enforce that provision later.
A waiver is effective only when made expressly by an authorized Greenfield representative.
44. Assignment
Customers may not assign their rights or obligations under these Terms without Greenfield’s consent.
Greenfield may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, reorganization, sale of assets, corporate restructuring, or transfer of the Site or relevant business operations, subject to applicable law and existing customer rights.
45. Entire agreement
These Terms, together with the policies and product-specific documents incorporated into them, constitute the agreement between Greenfield and the customer concerning use of the Site and direct online purchases.
They supersede prior general Site statements concerning the same subject, but they do not supersede:
-
A product-specific written warranty;
-
An individually signed agreement;
-
A valid dealer or distributor agreement; or
-
Rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
46. Changes to these Terms
Greenfield may update these Terms to reflect changes in:
-
Site functionality;
-
Checkout methods;
-
Business operations;
-
Products;
-
Laws;
-
Regulations;
-
Security practices; or
-
Third-party services.
The revised version will be posted with a new effective date.
Changes will apply prospectively and will not materially reduce rights associated with a completed order unless the customer agrees or applicable law requires the change.
47. Electronic communications
You consent to receiving agreements, disclosures, notices, order records, and other transaction information electronically when permitted by law.
You may retain copies by printing or saving them.
This consent does not waive any right to receive a paper document when applicable law requires one.
48. Headings
Section headings are provided for convenience and do not alter the meaning of these Terms.
49. Contact information
